Integrate
your light.
A journal in six movements. At the end, the press composes a custom 4,500-word illuminated micro-issue for you — a portrait of the luminous qualities you can access and rely on, drawn from luminous astrology and the five elements, spiral dynamics, and the enneagram. Not an assessment. A mirror.

The Living Field
You are light condensed into a temporary pattern. The field is being written, all the time, by everyone. You are not exempt. Let us start with what you are quietly broadcasting.
1.When you walk into a room, what state do you tend to deposit there? (Be specific. Not 'good vibes' — the actual quality.)
2.What's a recent moment you felt unmistakably coherent — inside and outside matching?
3.Where in your life are you broadcasting a state you do not actually want to amplify?
4.Who in your life is a coherent field for you? What is the precise frequency they carry?
5.What is one frequency you are quietly tuning, that the people around you haven't named yet?
6.If your nervous system had a weather report this week, what would it say?

The Body as Oracle
The body knows before the mind catches up. It speaks in temperature, pressure, sound, taste. We are going to interview it directly.
1.Right now, where in your body is there the most aliveness? Describe its texture, temperature, weight.
2.Where in your body do you most often feel a 'no'? What does that 'no' feel like physically?
3.What is a recent moment your body knew something your mind hadn't yet admitted?
4.Which sense (sight, smell, touch, taste, hearing) is the most over-developed gateway for you?
5.What does your body crave that the schedule keeps denying?
6.If your body could write one short letter to you tonight, what would it begin with?

The Luminous Sauce
Abundance is not what you accumulate. It is the sauce you cook in. The flavour of sufficiency that infuses every choice when you stop performing scarcity.
1.When in your life have you felt unmistakably, deliciously enough — not striving, just sufficient?
2.Where do you currently perform scarcity that, on inspection, isn't actually true?
3.What does sweetness mean to you, in a sentence that isn't about sugar?
4.Name one resource (time, attention, money, beauty) you treat as scarce and one you treat as infinite. Are you right about each?
5.What is your relationship with pleasure — chaperoned, deferred, earned, generous, suspect?
6.If sufficiency were already true, what would you stop doing this week?

The Sacred Rain
Gratitude is not a politeness. It is a field-activation tool — a way of letting the sky soak you on purpose. Let's find what is currently raining on you, named or not.
1.What in your life right now is quietly blessing you that you've stopped noticing?
2.When did you last cry from sheer gratitude? What had soaked you in that moment?
3.What is one ungainly, complicated thing in your life that — if you squinted — is also a gift?
4.Who or what has been the most weather-changing presence in this last season?
5.What does the word 'blessed' actually mean to you, stripped of religious cliché?
6.If you could thank one part of yourself out loud tonight, which part — and for what?

The Five Elements Within
Every nature carries the five elements in different proportions. We aren't measuring them — we're noticing which ones currently lead you and which are quietly waiting in the wings.
1.EARTH — Where in your life are you most grounded, dependable, slow in the best way?
2.WATER — Where do you feel most fluid, intuitive, willing to be moved? Where do you flood?
3.FIRE — What lights you up so completely that time disappears? What burns you out?
4.AIR — What do you think about that no one else around you is thinking about? What's the recurring idea?
5.ETHER — When did you last feel held by something larger than you — the wide quiet, the sense of being part of?
6.Which of the five elements feels most asleep in your life right now? What would waking it up look like?

The Spiral Edge & The Enneagram Door
Two old maps, used lightly. Spiral Dynamics shows the values systems you move between. The Enneagram names a gate of attention — not a cage. We are looking for openings, not labels.
1.What is the value or principle you would not betray, even at cost?
2.What value did you hold dear ten years ago that you no longer organise your life around?
3.Which of these tensions feels most alive for you right now: belonging vs. autonomy, achievement vs. communion, order vs. emergence, individual vs. collective?
4.What is the recurring attention pattern in your life — the lens you reach for first? (e.g. 'is this useful?', 'who needs help?', 'is this beautiful?', 'is this true?', 'is this safe?', 'is this fun?')
5.What gift does that lens give you and the people around you?
6.Where does that same lens cost you — what does it cause you to miss?
Final movement
Compose my light profile.
When you are ready, the press will read what you have written and return a custom illuminated micro-issue — your condensed light profile and a 4,500-word portrait of the qualities you can rely on this season.
